M.Sc. from Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics (GIPE)is available in different specializations,M.Sc. programme from GIPE basically focuses on the study of economics, agribusiness economics and International economics. It requires a candidate to hold a Bachelor degree in any stream to go for the M.Sc. course.
To apply for the course, candidates are required to go to the Institute’s website and download the application form. The filled form along with the required documents and a Demand Draft of INR 2500 is to be submitted to the Institute. Admission to the programme is done on the basis of entrance test. Those candidates who’ll satisfy the requirements of the Institute in the entrance test will be allowed to take admission to the course. Admission of such candidates is announced on the basis of Merit list released by the Institute. Test is conducted in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Pune. Allotment of preferred test centre is subjected to the availability at that time.

Eligibility: All graduates with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) are eligible for the M.Sc. programme.

- Filled application form is to be sent along with a Demand Draft of INR 2500 drawn in favour of Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, payable at Pune. Apart from the demand draft candidates are also required to send self attested copies of documents required for the admission.
NOTE: Application fee for reserved category candidates is INR 1250 and for foreign nationals is US$ 90.
Selection to M.Sc. programme is strictly made on the basis of entrance test of 120 minutes comprising of 100 objective type questions. A merit list will be prepared by the University on the basis of performance in the entrance test. Admissions will be considered on the basis of this merit list only.
