Annamalai University Distance Education (DDE) UG & PG Admission 2019

Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu is one of the first institutions in the country to offer courses in Engineering and Technology. A pioneer in imparting quality regular and distance education, Annamalai University, Directorate of Distance Education (AUDDE)  has emerged as one of the largest public residential university with 10 faculties and 49 departments of study.

The University offers admission to the various UG, PG, PG diploma, 1-year diploma, B.Ed and grade certificate dance and music programmes through Distance learning mode.  Candidates applying for education through distance learning mode in the Annamalai University can fill the application forms available at the university website or obtain it in person / through post from the university office. Along with completed applications, candidate should also submit the registration fee of Rs. 290/- through Demand Draft in favour of DDE, Annamalai University and payable at Chidambaram.

Completed applications, along with the processing fee, should reach the university office on or before due date. Final selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of their qualifying degree merit.

 

Annamalai University Distance Education Result 2019

Candidates who will be appearing in the semester exams may check the time-table and notifications about result release from the offiicial website on following these steps:

How to Apply

  • Candidates seeking admission in distance learning programmes of Annamalai University may register through the online application process available at the official website of the Annamalai University DDE.
  • Candidates applying for education through distance learning mode in the Annamalai University can fill the application forms available at the university website or obtain it in person / through post from the university office. Along with completed applications, candidate should also submit the registration fee through Demand Draft in favour of DDE, Annamalai University and payable at Chidambaram

Admission Process

BA , BBA/BBM & B.Com

There are a total of three ways to get admission in Annamalai University Distance Education (AUDDE) which are illustrated one by one here:

  1. Spot Selection: For those who live near to any one of the Annamalai University’s study center, spot selection is the best option for getting admission to the university. Selection for direct admissions is done on the basis of availability of seats which is decided at the study centers itself. However, it is not applicable to lateral entry.
  2. Admission Through Post: In case the applicant does not live nearby any Annamalais study center, in that case, candidates may send the duly filled application form through post at the address mentioned in the prospectus of the university. Along with the application form, the student has to send following documents (xerox copy):- Certificates of minimum required qualification, transfer/migration certificate and stamp-size photograph. Here, students have to note that demand draft and original certificates are not to be sent enclosed with the application form.
  3. Admission Procedure for Lateral Entry Programs: Candidates aspiring admission in second or third year have to produce the proof that he/she has successfully completed the previous year’s program from another recognized university in the same discipline with minimum 3/4th of syllabi common to Annamalai’s. The university has asked candidates to enclose their transfer certificate, original mark sheet, migration certificate, an attested photocopy of the syllabus that he/she had studied, as well as evidence of his Date of Birth along with the filled in application form.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) Distance Education Admission 2019

Sri Krishnadevaraya University was established in year 1981 in Ananthapur, Andhra Pradesh. SKU established CDE in year 2000-01 with the introduction of Postgraduate programs.

SKU DDE currently offers BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBM and B.Ed. programs at UG level and MA, M.Sc., M.Com and MBA at PG level. It also offers PGDCA and B.L.I.Sc courses.

Minimum eligibility for UG courses is pass in 10+2 examination or ITI/ two-year Vocational courses. For PG courses, candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks from recognized university.

Admission to UG courses is done either through direct stream or through entrance test conducted by the university. Whereas,admission to PG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

The university offers BA & B.Sc. program in six specializations in form of combination of three subjects, B.Com and BBM.

For Direct Admission:

  • Candidates who have passed the intermediate or its equivalent (10+2) examination or AP Open Intermediate can get direct admission to the above mentioned UG courses.
  • Candidate who have passed two-year I.T.I. or two-year vocational course after S.S.C.
  • Candidates who have completed 18 years of age as on July 01, of the year of admission and cleared the eligibility test conducted by DDE, S.K. University are also eligible for direct admission.

B.Ed

For UG Courses:

  • Visit the official website of SKU DDE.
  • Login is provided for UG courses in case of Direct stream and through Entrance Test, application should be submitted through the Study Centre.
  • Study Centre will take password from SKU-DDE.
  • Login with the password and fill the form carefully.
  • Pay the application fees online and take printout of application form.
  • Keep a copy of Bank receipt and application form for future purpose.
  • After completion of applications, the study centre will get a list of applied candidates.
  • Study centre must submit the filled in application forms along with applied candidate list and required documents to SKU-DDE in person.

Note: Apply for Direct Stream and Entrance Test admission separately.

For PG Courses:

  • Visit the official website of SKU DDE.
  • Candidate must register first and then login with the credentials.
  • Fill the Application form and pay the application fees online.
  • Take print out of application form and sign it.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: There is no age limit in Delhi University and its respective colleges for admission to PG courses.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Ed Special Education (Mental Retardation) and B.Ed. Program

Delhi University offers two year B.Ed. program at Central Institute of Education and it also offers B.Ed special Education program only at Durgabai Deshmukh College of Special Education.

Eligibility Criteria: You should have passed with at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce or BE/B.Tech Degree with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.

For SC/ST candidates, they must have passed only in the qualifying degree examination.

OBC, Children/Widows of Armed Personnel, including Para Military Personnel, killed/disabled in Action (C/WAP), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category candidates will be allowed a concession of 5% marks in the minimum qualification marks.

MA

The University offers two years MA program in various disciplines at its respective colleges.

M.Sc

The University offers two years M.Sc. program in various specialistions at its respective colleges.

Eligibility Criteria: You must have a B.Sc. (Honours)/B.Sc. Degree (10+2+3 scheme) with relevant fields (10+2+3 scheme) or its equivalent from Delhi University or any other University as equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Application Process

Students can apply for the Delhi University PG Courses through online mode only. Following are the steps to submit the applications for admission to any of these courses:

Step 1: Log on to Delhi University PG Admission Portal.

Step 2: Create the login details by clicking on the “New User Registration” from the right sidebar.

Step 3: After complete this process, a verification email will be sent on your email account with a confirmation link.

Step 4: Now log on to the PG admission portal using “registered email-id” and created “password” to fill the online registration form.

Step 5: Upload following required documents

  • Passport size photograph (maximum size: 50kb; Formats: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG)
  • Scanned signature (maximum size: 50kb; Formats: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG)
  • Self-attested copy of Class 10th & 12th Certificate (maximum size: 100kb, Formats: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ PDF)
  • Self-attested copy of Identity Proof (maximum size: 50kb, Formats: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG)
  • Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate, if applicable (maximum size: 100kb, Formats: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ PDF)

Step 6: After upload these documents, Click on “Submit My Profile”.

Step 7: You will now start with the online filling of the registration form by clicking “Apply in New Course”.

Step 8: Fill all required details like education details, courses to apply, admission criteria (Merit or Entrance) etc.

Step 10: After filling all details, Click the “Save Application”.

Selection Procedure

MA & M.Sc

There are two modes of admission for postgraduate courses in all the Faculties/Departments of Delhi University, except the ones offering inter-disciplinary or professional courses:

  • Through Merit or Direct: 50% of the total intake shall be filled by direct admission of the students of the Delhi University only, on the basis of merit. Students may check Delhi University Cut Off lists to confirm their admission to the desired course.
  • Through Entrance: Remaining 50% of the seats shall be filled through entrance examination and Interview/Group Discussion.

For exact date of the Entrance Exam of individual courses, you should visit the PG admission portal.

Entrance examination shall be conducted at the Centres located in the following cities:  Bengaluru,  Delhi,  Jammu,  Kolkata,  Nagpur and  Varanasi

Selection Process for Integrated M.Sc.- Ph.D. Combined Degree (Biomedical Research, ACBR)

The admission to Ph.D. Program will be on the basis of merit and availability of vacancies in the preferred research area. There will be one common Entrance Test for admission to the M.Sc. and M.Sc.-Ph.D. Combined Degree Program in Biomedical Sciences.

Delhi University UG Admissions through Entrance Test 2019

The University of Delhi  offers various undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and research courses to aspiring students every year. Delhi university also offers distance courses including various UG and PG courses such as BA, BA (Hons.), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), MA and M.Com in History, Political Science, Hindi and Sanskrit through School of Open Learning, University of Delhi (SOL DU).

Only candidates who have passed higher secondary examination (Class 12) from CBSE or any other board recognized as equivalent are eligible to apply for the above mentioned UG courses.

Candidates seeking admission to the above mentioned UG courses can apply through the common Web Portal and submit the application form online, along with the registration fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates).
